This workbook and therapy journal is created for and inspired by all my clients who have ever exclaimed:
“I had something I wanted to talk about today, but I can’t remember what it is. I should have written it down!”
For the clients who crave more structure, self-reflection, and enjoy writing things down.
For those who want to visually see growth and progress unfold. For those who struggle with memory, organization, and executive functioning.
I wanted to create a dedicated space for those therapy-related thoughts, notes, curiosities, and wishes. A space to track goals, progress, and personal growth. A means to increase accountability, motivation, and to help you fully engage in the therapy process.
~Change doesn’t only happen within the therapy space, but outside of therapy as well.~
Just like a plant forming new leaves, growth takes time. It can be beautiful to witness this process, yet it requires patience, nurturing, and gentle care.
-
Part one consists of helpful information, advice, and guidance, all from the perspective of a practicing therapist.
- Part two contains space for 50 therapy sessions, which for most therapy-goers, covers at least a full calendar year of weekly therapy, with a couple weeks off.
